It kicks my a--
Knitting Star Stitch in linen/cotton yarn, that is. Man it hurts.
It's really pretty, though. And, washed, linen/cotton knits have fantastic drape and wear like iron. Stockinette isn't nearly so painful, so the rest of Big Star shouldn't be as bad.
Valerie, apropos of nothing (except we watched the Green Wing special tonight) - I just realized what happens if you take the 'y' and the 'r' out of 'secretyarn'...
